Stephanie has been following the SomaTraining Certification Program and education courses taught by Guy VOYER DO in Los Angeles, CA since 2008 and is also completing the 3 year SomaTherapy Program with Dr. VOYER. Having had the opportunity to mentor directly under Dr. Guy VOYER for over 8 years provides her with a greater depth of understanding and knowledge in her application of Dr. VOYER's paradigm.
Steph has an extensive background in sports including gymnastics, soccer, and track and field. She attended the University of Maine on an athletic scholarship for track and field where she earned several school records and titles in long jump and triple jump.
With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and having been Certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Steph is highly skilled at improving the overall efficiency and performance of athletes and individuals through teaching proper biomechanics and reestablishing neurological pathways for desired movement patterns and power output. While living in Los Angeles, she helped train many individuals, athletes, and industry people. Since moving to New Zealand in 2014, Stephanie has worked with the NZ Skycity Breakers Basketball Team as well as numerous other very talented individual athletes representing New Zealand at professional and amateur levels.
Steph has a great passion for helping people look and feel their best. She is very knowledgeable and her attention to detail ensures a safe and beneficial experience not only in the ELDOA METHOD private sessions but in the online videos too. Stephanie organises all of the ELDOA METHOD .com content and is currently located in Tauranga, NZ.
When not doing ELDOA METHOD, Steph enjoys Adventure Racing all around the beautiful landscapes of Aotearoa and spending time with her partner, Henry, and two young children.

If you have injuries or specific training goals, work with Steph one-on-one to get specialised programs and see results more quickly. Establishing a plan and prioritising what is needed to see progress is the most important part of any successful program. Steph will target your unique areas of concern and prescribe the exercises and stretches that you need most, including strength training! Muscle reinforcement is an integral part of ELDOA METHOD and should never be overlooked when seeking optimal function and performance.
